“I had such a good experience! I'm a Murray State student who just moved into an apartment in town, and I was experiencing painful swelling in the back of my mouth that made it where it hurt to even talk or chew at all. I called the office the next morning at 9 AM (I was an entirely new patient) and they got me in for an appointment the same day at 1 PM. Went right back pretty much upon arriving and Dr. Taylor was so polite and patient in helping me figure out the problem. When he saw that I had an infected wisdom tooth, he immediately wrote me out a prescription for antibiotics and a mouth cleanser, and a referral for extraction. He took the time to sit and explain the issue, what was happening, what going about getting the surgery would be like, and everything. The ladies working the front desk and taking me back were super sweet and friendly, too. It was very comforting to me, who has never had to handle a medical situation on my own before. I will definitely be back for dental needs in the future!“

“Exceptional performance and bedside manner. The VA sent me to Taylor Family Dental due to proximity and availability at the Memphis VA. Thankfully, I no longer have to drive to Memphis for dental treatment.The wait times are short. The staff is knowledgeable and professional. Parking can be a tad tight. Just show up a few minutes early and parking isn't bad.Overall, it's the calm environment, professionalism, and skil confidence that makes me a repeat customer.“

“The Doctor and staff were very attentive and explained my situation very well. I also appreciate the fact that I can make arrangement to make payments because the procedure I am going to go through is intense and going to be extremely expensive. There is also medication that no insurance will help with at all and is $81.00 per tooth (and I have over 800) to be attended to and this is very concerning to me because I am Disability and it is below poverty level.I want t take care of my dental conditions but the cost is overwhelming. I am thankful to have a staff that works with me. However I am concerned about the expenses.“
