“Called to place my name in the schedule book on Monday morning and about 2 hours later Chris was starting the job at my home. I'm very satisfied with the work; very professional and you can tell "experience matters"--Chris was able to easily find the access port to the tank and start pumping out. Chris offered and I opted for installing a Septic Tank Riser from the top of the Septic Tank Access Port to the surface. So, it will be a lot easier next time. Older septic tanks were often installed without a riser meaning their access ports are underground and required digging of the topsoil for access. Chris left me a year supply of Septic Tank Monthly Treatment System, which cost less than those other brands sold around at box-stores and I can call any time for more.
