“She has helped me thru the years my insurance is schetchy and not sure why there is a different Dr for my next appointment and no one contact me I have changed my insurance company because the one I have right now has prolonged prescriptions that my Dr has prescribed and when I do get them it's the next time refill that's why there is confusion and similar meds unfortunately I have to prove myself because of the mistakes the united health care needs to be investigated because they are not a legitimate insurance”
