Had my first appointment here today and I will definitely be coming back! The lady I had was quick, (I like to be in and out) very gentle and nice to talk to I felt so comfortable. Can’t wait for my next visit!
Would highly recommend and the owner (Husband and Wife) are both so kind. I have always been taken care of here at Serenity Nails and Spa. I have not had issues with my nails since getting my nails done here however just recently I had a situation with a new full set and did not like how they turned out. They were much thicker than I preferred and wasn’t very clean around the cuticles. I just didn’t like how they turned out overall and paid and left anyways. I figured I could try to buff them and paint them at home and just have them done again when I needed a fill in. Unfortunately my failed attempt to make them look better resulted in them not looking any better, my fault. I decided to go back and in and just have them redone and the owner took care of me without any issues. I even suggested paying as I did not have an issue doing so but they wouldn’t let me. I highly recommend this place, they definitely take care of their customers. Thank you!
