Last week, I contacted PlumbRight Services and Rooter, Inc. to address a sticky sink faucet valve. The first plumber spent an hour on the job and unfortunately, the valve remained sticky. Naturally, I was disappointed and reached out to PlumbRight.
Today, they truly went above and beyond to make things right. They sent another plumber, Jerry, who replaced my entire sink faucet without any additional charges. I was impressed by their swift response and dedication to resolving the issue.

They replaced a hot water heater for me. And replaced some valves while they were here. Excellent customer service and very personable. Would definitely work with them again and highly recommend. Thank you for everything guys!
