This local family owned company did a fantastic job. My thermostat went out and we have a dual fuel system. Not just any stat will work. My regular company I used to use could not do it and had nothing to offer. Milburn is my new Hvac company. And after a couple of weeks the thermostat they installed had an issue. They replaced it tested everything and left me no new bill. Stuff breaks, even new stuff sometimes. I'm just glad they stand by their work and products. David and Blake were courteous and professional.Services: AC maintenance

Milburn heating & ac saved the day again for us! We never use anyone else. They always take care of us, the guys are always on time an take the time to explain what's going on and great price! Very quick response, usually that day or the next morning. Would recommend them to everyone! They take care of you!
