Excellent customer service, reasonable prices, and a quality product, what more could I have asked for? They were flexible on scheduling, and quick to respond. We will definitely use them again.

Installed our new wood burning stove and it looks great! Dale kept us informed on manufacture delays, and updated the whole way! Couldn't have had a better or easier experience with our new installation! Can't wait until it's cold to be able to use it!

I called Hillside Hearth when my ventless gas fireplace stopped working. They quoted me a flat rate to come out and service it. The friendly technician (Steve) called 30 minutes before arrival. Steve was able to identify the problem and fix it quickly. Long story short... they showed up on time, fixed the problem, and charged me exactly what they had quoted. He even taught me how to clean it myself to prevent future problems.
