The people are friendly and the car wash works well. For $20 I still had a lot of bugs and bird poop stuck to my car. I was a little shocked that they didn’t offer anything to wipe out the inside of my car except a small towel. I have been to several of these car washes in Lexington and for $20 you get car wash, vacuums, unlimited towels and spray to use on windows and to wipe down interior and an automatic floor mat cleaner. I guess I expected more for $20.
I had an excellent experience at this automatic car wash, and a big part of that was thanks to an employee working there (Justin Holland) . From the moment I pulled in, they were friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. They explained the wash options clearly, made sure my car was lined up properly, and took the time to answer my questions without rushing me.
What really stood out was their attention to detail and positive attitude. It’s rare to see someone take such pride in their work, especially in a fast-paced environment. They made the whole experience smooth and stress-free, and my car came out looking spotless.
