They value his efforts to help and his stance on avoiding unnecessary medications, such as pain pills and muscle relaxers, which he believes can be addictive. Overall, the clinic offers a simple and easy process for leaving notes and receiving follow-up contact. However, some mention that the front desk staff could be more helpful. Despite this, the clinic remains a positive place for patient care, combining professional medical attention with a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
Mary Ann Hall is the Best! She does a great job. she is professional and actually cares about her patients! Her receptionist and team are great and informative also. By far my favorite clinic! I would 1000% recommend Mary Ann Hall and this Family care clinic.
I have been going to Family Care Clinic ever since Mary Ann Hall has been working there. I had seen different Drs. before her but no one before sent me for a sleep study to find out if thats why I had morning headaches for a long time. She sent me for sleep study when she worked in Floyd County Ky. She began treating me when she was at Betsy Layne. When she was transferred to Martin I chose to go there & when she moved to Mt Sterling I knew I wanted to keep her as my physician. She and all the staff has treated me with kindness & compassion. As long as Mary Ann works there I will choose to be seen by her. I have never had to wait long for my appointment I highly recommend Mary Ann to any one looking for physician.
