I waited a really long time to write this review to hopefully express myself in a more positive way. I hope you can reflect from this and how it can be impactful to your clients. I have been with limitless minds since the doors have opened, and even before then. I felt it was my safe place and I really liked my therapist! However, they ghosted me over an insurance issues when I was going through the HARDEST time of my life trying to keep myself together. Never once even sent me an update on what went wrong, what I could do to fix it, or my options for over a month ( possibly longer ) Once we had it all figured out and proceed to move on like nothing happened I received... read full review
