Dr. Hammad and his nurses are great! The issue is his front office, which answers the phones, makes appointments, etc.. VERY rude, condescending, horrible attitude; not very nice ladies at all. If you're going to work with the public, there has to be understanding and compassion. not smart mouth, rude attitude for no reason other than you are miserable with yourself!

When I call the females about 80% of the time talk like smart mouths. If I have a health concern or question they’re rude. I called to let them know my mom was having a lot of problems at rehab since just leaving the hospital on a lot of new meds. I was told I couldn’t call and let them know. The nursing rehab has to do so. I said we have told them and she has told them. I wanted to verify someone has report to her doctor. She said I’m not giving u that info, I said my mom is right her if you want to talk to her. She said the nursing has to be the only one to report to us. Enforce mask wearing while as soon as I walk in three employees don't have a mask on. They were very rude when I addressed the problem saying they are six feet apart from each other. They are not six feet away from the people coming in. The nurse seeing my wife doesn't have a mask on either. This is why I don't enjoy going to doctor hammad's office! I live local and don't have a local clinic I enjoy because people in Morgantown makes up their own rules!
