I went there for 1 reason that was to see Dr Claire Fraser the best retina specialist that I have ever had the pleasure to meet.I have Macular deGeneration. I have already lost Central vision in my left eye, I have 1 good eye so getting my injection is very important to me, but if you owe a balance, there is one check out attendant that is very loud ,rude, uncaring and doesn't care about the patient only the money. I ask what I should do about getting my shot and she said pay the money or find a new doctor or go to UK hospital that's where you go if you have no money or insurance and I was denied a quiet financial conversation about what I could do instead I was spoke to in a very loud rude way in front of everyone in the waiting room.When you have 1 eye to keep from going completely blind that should be the number one priority not the money. So because of her I would not recommend on going there unless you have plenty of money or else you will be looked down on and your condition is not important to her and she is who you have to get by to see anyone else
