Went tonight for a well overdo haircut, my stylist was Ashley (Sorry if I spelled that wrong Ashley lol). I was very upfront with her about some prior bad experiences and how that tends to keep me from going places for fear of my hair being ruined again, it’s taken me years to get the length back from prior experiences (unrelated to this salon). She was extremely understanding and made sure to try to ease my concerns. And she did a phenomenal job, from start to finish, the hair cut, her attitude, all absolutely wonderful. My stylist was nice professional and gave me exactly what I asked for and it turned out better than I thought. That’s why I continue to go there so far everyone has been great.
Had a great experience. The stylist Kimberly paid attention to the photo I brought and listened to what I wanted. She gave me the cut I desired and cut it as short as I told her. Most others are afraid to cut my hair as short as I want so they just do what they want instead. Kimberly was friendly, took her time and made conversation.
