My friend bought a new unit from this bunch and when this cold weather hit the unit couldn't keep up so the only people would answer to come fix the problem was eppersons in somerset,and come to find out the emergency heat wasn't working do to wired up wrong,I would stay clear of rose hvac bunch!

Unreliable showing up, won't return calls so apparently they don't care to lose potential customers. The lady that answered the phone was NOT knowledgeable either so that just added to the bad experience. Choose a company that actually cares and shows up!

Will always try to upsell you a new unit instead of fixing the problem. Started taking my business to other companies that actually repair equipment instead of making a sale their top priority
