I suggest anyone considering buying a heating/ac unit from Rose’s in Monticello to Reconsider! Bought a unit in March of 2022. Have had 2 repairs since then resulting in over $2600.00, one of those being a compressor! My opinion of the office manager is rude, impatient and unwilling to help!!! Mr. Rose, when I at last got to speak to him, said he no longer serviced units in Pulaski Co. and he had turned all business over to Jeffries, which Jeffries says that is NOT true! I will be reporting Rose’s Heat/AC to the Better Business Bureau!

Usually my go to for HVAC,,but on last call,,they told me that they hadn't worked for this business owner an weren't going to start to now....Don't think that's good customer relation..He actually was going to get 3 more units installed after just getting them to charge a unit...So they probably lost a out $20,000 worth of work....
