They have had our taxes since March!!!!! We have sent email after email, called, and even went out there. This is ridiculous I think it's time to get the law involved. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone !!!!!! Please if anyone else is having this problem can you comment ty in advance.
They have had my taxes since March, no one is there, no e mail, no text, don't know what to do, want tax papers done or not done, will take some where else. Don't k ow weather to call sheriff, news Chanel, or lawyer on their dime.
I used Mike Dyer for 20 years. He retired. Chase took over Middletown and Gina took over LaGrange. It took Gina 1 year and months to do my taxes to charge me over $800. I still have yet to get my tax returns back. I'ved called and called and called. SO I called and called and called Chase. NO ANSWER YET and my taxes are still not filed. I called the Ky board and because she's not a CPA there's nothing they can do. Strange circumstances around her death. I need my taxes!!
