I dropped off docs early march. Called the Middletown location around filing date and their auto message said theirs is an auto extension with no penalty and they are working to get everyone’s returns completed. Called the last few weeks and the call doesn’t go through. Found out today they didn’t renew the lease for Middletown. I drove to the Lagrange office and there a sign that Gina, owner, has passed away. If you google her name you’ll find news articles from May 6th about her being found at the Lagrange office and pronounced deceased.

This is a privately run business just off Shelbyville Rd in Middletown, KY. Mike Dyer (CPA) takes care of our family taxes including quarterly Federal and Ky-State reports. Several times we have received same day service or made an appointment for the following day. He is also much less expensive than the mega-corporations that heavily advertise (the cost of which is passed on to their clients!).
