Absolutely amazing service every time I have been here. After receiving a rescue bird, they were very informative and amazing with helping keep our bird comfortable while helping to correct her beak. We have never had anyone be rude, condescending, or reluctant to give information. We love the Dr and all of the staff! They make changes to how they perform their services based on the animals needs. Such an amazing group of people I would trust with my girl Lily.
I have been trying to find answers to my little dogs constant itching. I have been trying to switch to all homemade food so I could control the ingredients. Dr. Karen walked me through things, addressed other issues and made me feel heard. Everyone was wonderful. I think my sweet Toby has found a new care home!
We took our rescue cockatoo to Companion for an initial visit and health check. They also trimmed her nails and beak.
