The folks that work in the office here are all great. Always a smile, and willing to go the extra mile to help us. We recently had an issue with state auto, and when Eric found out he took steps to immediately remedy the situation, even late into the evening well after Business hours. Working with a national corporation can be daunting, and leave you feeling like less than a person, but with the backing of our local agent, all issues were resolved. An agent who would do that for me is an agent I trust.
