I visited the area many years ago when the mural was first painted. It is still beautiful. Very talented artist. The waterfront area has a wonderful view of the bridge. Very peaceful.
It's a beautiful place to walk, fish or enjoy the gardens.But the gardens are neglected, the mosaic children's handprints is falling apart in disrepair and the area is beginning to show signs that Maysville is apparently ignoring this little area of tranquility.
