My family and I have taken numerous furry family members to Town & Country for over 25 years. There might be the occasional busy day, but I rarely ever have to wait more than a few minutes and I would wait as long as needed just to see Dr. Biddle and his helpful staff. Dr. Biddle is an extremely caring and helpful person who always goes above and beyond to care for our pets and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a vet. He's helped us welcome new family members into our lives and unfortunately say goodbye to them when the time comes, but always gracefully and respectfully. One star for discovering my dog was diabetic. Everything past that has, unfortunately, been a poor experience. I was invited in to learn how to use the glucose monitor I purchased for my dog at the recommendation of Dr. Biddle, however, Dr. Biddle said I probably knew how to use it better than he did. I was just told to start at 4 units twice per day and check his blood sugar and make my own adjustments. I eventually made a second appointment with Dr. Glass who was able to explain things slightly better and gave me a sliding scale for insulin administration, no recommendations for follow-up for glucose curves or lab work which I later found out is standard from another... read full review
