I have used Town and Country Property on a few home inspections and Chris Ivy is the best, very honest,takes the time to walk you through inspection to seek out the issues/concerns very nice and kind goes above and beyond. Chris was very detailed on his report, and added lots of pictures to show what he was referring to. He followed up when I reached out to him, and checked in with me.
