Dr. Rudolph J. Triana, Jr. is a board-certified otolaryngologist and plastic surgeon accepting new patients at Jackson Purchase ENT & Aesthetic Surgery in Mayfield, Kentucky. He specializes in ear, nose, and throat; head and neck; facial plastic; reconstructive; and aesthetic breast and body surgery, as well as hormone replacement. Dr. Triana is always personable and attentive to needs and concerns. He is always willing to help with a solution to a better and healthy lifestyle. The staff is wonderful, and the office is very smooth running. Dr. Triana is the most thorough physician and truly cares about patients. He is friendly and looks at the whole, with wellness checks covering how the thyroid effects the body. One patient had sinus surgery for deviated septum and enlarged turbinates, and after surgery could breathe much better than in 30 years. Another patient had a lipoma removed from a cheek and a melanoma from the chest with no visible scar on the cheek and minimal scarring on the chest. Dr. Triana is the best, and patients wouldn't consider seeing anyone else.
A very smooth running office. I like Dr Triana's medical care of my situation. He is friendly. He looks at the whole. We have wellness checks which covers not just the thryroid but how it effects my body.
Dr Triana performed sinus surgery on me a little over 3 years ago for deviated septum and enlarged turbinates. All went well and after surgery I could actually breathe so much better than I had in 30 yrs. Then August of 24, he removed a lipoma from.my cheek and a melanoma from my chest. Post surgery there is no visible.scar on my cheek and the place in my chest has minimal scarring.(4 inch incision). Very well pleased with Dr Triana and his entire office staff.
Dr Triana done my tummy tuck and lift this year January 2025 I couldn’t have picked a better place or surgeon. Surgery went great, he kept my husband updated during the procedure. The staff was absolutely amazing. From the office visits, hospital every single person was super sweet and made you feel comfortable. I’d recommend only regrets didn’t do it sooner.
