We just picked up our new half ton cougar. Juan was amazing as he walked us through the entire rig and answered all of our questions. We will definitely recommend Rileys. The whole team all did a fantastic job at securing us to get our new rig. Thank you all so much!

During our last camping trip, when it came time to open up the bedroom slide out of our 24 rds fifth wheel, it would not open. I called the service department tried several of their suggestions but nothing worked. We continue with our trip and on the way home I called them up and they said bring it on by and drop it off. They would work it in. I told them I had another trip planned in a month. They called me back a couple of weeks later and said the parts were shipped and they waiting for them. My wife and I purchased a Shasta pull behind in September from Rileys Campers. I like to wait before I give a review until. I get a true picture of the business?? Well it is odd anymore for you get what most businesses state? But Rileys is the real deal. From the sale to service after the sale. Like most new large purchases like a house, vehicle and in this case a RV. There always is a little something that needs a little attention. My case was no exception. But made it tolerable was the customer service from the service writer Abby, Daniel the service manager and the technician Jason all offer the highest level of service and customer service!!
