The owner/boss came out right away, even though it wasn’t exactly an emergency, just an inconvenience for me to have the drain pipe broken. He was very nice, and he listened to my concerns, and offered his expertise, which I appreciate. He also gave me a very fair price for the work done.The workman (one of them - the one who took my payment info etc, I’m sorry but I don’t remember his name) was extremely friendly, he was kind, as well as helpful. I really liked him. Well, I liked him, and his boss too. (I only met the two of them)I will definitely call them in the future if I have a job for them. Had a hot water heater installed five years ago and it’s been great. The breaker made it go off. I called about a leaking copper line and installation of an outdoor faucet. My call was returned within 2 minutes. His crew showed up shortly thereafter and replaced my leaking line and installed the faucet in one hour. Great price, quick response and clean professional job done by his great crew.
