They are known for being always ready to help, providing quick responses and punctual, professional service. The team works hard and doesn't stop until they fix your issue, going out of their way to perform efficient repairs and installations. Their friendly and respectful technicians know their stuff, keep customers informed every step of the way, and provide clear explanations during maintenance. Customers report they would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone for HVAC system repair, maintenance, changeouts, and new construction. They offer a veteran's discount.
Highly highly recommend. Contacted them late on Wednesday and they were there the next day. Was on site when they said they would be there. The guys were clean and courteous and explained everything well. Did a thorough job and did not rush just to get done. If you need heating or a/c work call them, you will not be disappointed.
Marshall's is top notch! They worked hard to find the right blades for our old unit and, didn't stop until they found it. Dustin was out the day they got our blades in and installed them quickly and efficiently. Nikki answered all questions and kept us informed every step of the way. Thank you to everyone at Marshall's!
Glad I called them. Quick response and they were quick to get my furnace running again. The tech knew his stuff and was respectful and friendly. One of the few people I've met who didn't give off the I hate my job vibe. Will definitely be using them again and would recommend them to anyone!
