The Tax Shoppe

My wife and I have used the tax shop in Madisonville for several years and I’ve always had great experiences. This time we had forgotten a couple of things in our initial meeting with Shawna and had to bring them back at a later time. That was not a problem at all for us, except when we came back one of the ladies that worked there went to ask Shauna a couple of questions on our behalf while Shawna was on the phone. Mindy, one of the tax preparers rebuffed that lady and I didn’t appreciate the way Mindy sounded. I think she could’ve went about it a little bit differently. I was a little bit, embarrassed for the lady and ourselves.
