Wow!!! This is the second time I’ve ordered from this shop. Customer service is on point and they designed exactly what I wanted. Definitely highly recommend this place!! See you guys in the months to come!

Ordered a Mothers Day arrangement that wasn't quite what I expected. Metcalfe's was great and immediately rectified the situation. I appreciate their honesty and integrity. Will use them again for floral needs in Madisonville!

My Daddy died suddenly one day after my Pappaw. I went to Metcalfe’s, falling apart and just unsure of how things are supposed to go. The women that were working were so incredibly kind. They were so helpful, while also being sympathetic and caring. I would have to say that the people there are simply amazing. My flower arrangement for my Daddy’s urn was stunning. This picture was several days after the service and they were still beautiful with all the greens and whites I ordered. I would recommend them to anyone!
