“Recently went for appt with physical Therapy . I am handicap, go to heart, failure, and shortness of breath. I use a walker and when I went in the front door, they told me I had come to the wrong entrance, and the young ladies got me a wheelchair and another one pushed my walker and they took me across the parking lot to the right entrance and delivered me to where I needed to go. The physical therapist explained carefully what I needed to do and practice with me printed off a sheet with pictures to show me how to follow my directions and repeat the practice At home until I meet with the surgeon about rotator cuff surgery. Each staff member went above and beyond to help me in a difficult situation. They’re friendly unkind. I really appreciate their help and I recommend them to anyone.“
