My appointment for my cat was rushed, When I bring in an animal that is sick and especially for the first time I expect their temperature to be taken, their ears to be checked, things like that questions to be asked about the cats history none of that was done. I waited 15 to 20 minutes after my appointment time. I understand how that can happen but I don’t expect my appointment to be rushed.
