Black Pearl has lived up to my expectations. They have kind and caring people who are very friendly and professional. Communication has never been a problem. Alicia shearer is one of the best TOM/CRS.... she knows her job in and out .. she explains to employees in great detail the duties of their jobs... She also explains what she expects of employees...
