Unfortunately, there weren’t any openings available—but the staff still went above and beyond to make it a special experience. They were kind, welcoming, and truly made her feel seen and celebrated.

Staff is very patient considering I sometimes ask them to pause in between the threading. I'm most impressed of how they immediately sanitize the work area after every client.
