I had my first of four IPL photofacial sessions today with Melanie and I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience. She was incredibly kind, patient, and professional from start to finish.

Melanie took the time to thoroughly explain the entire process before we began, which immediately put me at ease. She started at a lower setting to make sure I was comfortable, then gradually increased it while checking in with me throughout the treatment. I really appreciated how she consistently made sure I was okay and always gave me a heads-up before treating more sensitive areas or adjusting the intensity.
