Todd is such a professional -- providing expert guidance and focus to me, my husband, and daughter -- all novice pilates students. We took private lessons and enjoyed our time in the studio with Todd, learning to safely and effectively use the equipment and feeling the results over the course of our lessons.
I started going to Wild and Woolly Pilates 18 months ago, at that time I was getting nerve block injections in 2 different places in my back every 3 months and for the prior 6 years I had averaged missing 4-5 days of work a year do to back pain. I now get 1 nerve block every 4 months and since starting pilates I have only missed 2 days of work for back pain. I am in the best shape I have been since my late teens early 20s, I am in my early 50s.
Todd’s Pilates knowledge is awesome. He personalizes instruction for the physical needs and issues of each student. His guidance has given me a greatly improved overall health and daily function. His constant kindness and patience encourages me to be my best self.
