OK I lived on east end(hurstbourne & taylorsville rd) for over 30yrs,now downtown.. Doctor Williams is HANDS DOWN the best dentist ever. I have dental issues at 69, several teeth unsalvageable(bone loss), with teeth cracking, extractions difficult at BEST(2 TEETH CRACKED TO GUMLINE) NEVER FELT PAIN W/ NOVACAINE!! required oral surgery w/ sutures.. used pieces of gauze after extraction, took 3 Tylenol, thats IT!! Rinsed mouth after 8hrs,after novacain wore off ( 5hrs) NO PAIN...4 TEETH TOTAL!!,AMAZING....the support staff IS EXCELLENT, PROFESSIONAL, AND INFORMATIONAL. THEY ARE TOP SHELF, P S. Dr. Williams is the G.O. A.T. The greatest of all time. While he was away I had to try a new dentist and was ultimately traumatized. Dr. Williams, partners & staff took me back and took care of me with no pain & was still affordable. Even met the new doctor coming into the practice. Great dental office.
My first time coming today. My mother referred me. I had the BEST experience there from the front office, dental assistant Nyla or Myla(please forgive me for misspelling your name and Dr. LaBordeaux were very good didn't feel nothing but the needle to numb me up. They were AWESOME to get me in and my new pt appt was about 5 weeks out. Thank you Westend Dental. ❤️
