Tabitha, the rep who worked with me, is kind, smart, and took responsibility for others when she didn't have to. Lucy, the assistant manager, followed up with me about my experience, and, despite not having to, offered more to make me whole.

They have been exceptional over the years! I recently developed a painful and abrupt eye issue, and they fit me in to be seen the same morning I called. Dr. Julie Rallo explained everything very clearly and was extremely helpful. All of my experiences, at every location and with different doctors, have been positive

I have been a loyal patient/customer of VisionFirst and Dr. Rallo, for over 20 years. With every visit to the office I received the best of care and high quality glasses and contacts. My last visit was no exception. Dr. Rallo covered all aspects related to changes in my vision and prepared me for the inevitable future changes when considering my age group. His courtesy and professionalism are unmatched. After the exam, several of the optical technicians (Dee Dee and Shelley) helped me through some insurance issues that would have cost me hundreds of dollars more than I actually had to pay.
