First visit to this salon recommended by a friend. Very clean and welcoming. Each operator had their own space. Bill was very friendly. We talked first-about what I wanted and then about my hair type. He listened and asked questions all along the way. I gave 4 stars because I like to wait and see how well I can handle it. Visible Changes is the best salon in Louisville!The Durbin’s are great people, salt of the Earth. They are very prompt, very friendly, and very accommodating. You will feel like family after your first visit here.

Bill is a great dude, and does a wonderful job every time. The entire staff here demonstrates consummate professionalism. I am glad that I found these guys. As long as I have a head of hair to cut, they will have the job.
