UofL Health – Urgent Care Plus – Parkland

I have been there several times this past few years flu strep rsv tooth absess always took good care of me Drs and staff always good way better than any immediate care I have been to wait was not very long

I e been to this location previously and was in and out. But today, I walk in and they tell me it will be an 2 hour wait. We were simply there for a sports physical. The wait was ok with me. But after three hours. Nobody was being called. Since every one was sick and coughing and it was no seats available, I asked could I wait in my car until it’s my turn to be seen. The answer was no. So I paid to be seen. An hour later they advise us that it’s only one doctor there and it’ll be another 2 hour wait. Well my son had to her to school. I couldn’t stay another 2 hours.

Dr. Bowe is the best doctor I’ve ever had. She’s so caring and patient, and she thoroughly explains any questions you have. I have only ever been to this office for PCP visits, and not urgent care, but I haven’t had any issues with anything other than long call wait times.
