Tim diagnose my laptop. The laptop belonged to my brother that was killed in Afghanistan And I had been told it couldn't be fixed without destroying the pictures and documents on it. Tim found that the motherboard was bad and he was able to replace it and save all my brothers pictures as well as unlocking the password so I can get into it. He is great!
