This place was wonderful. I was out in the area seeing my psychiatrist and so I used this sun tan city instead of the one on mudd Lane. The people are amazing and they were eager to help me

I want to start by saying I come to Sun Tan City often and usually have a good experience, but this visit was really disappointing.

My friend and I both checked in for a double dip. When we arrived, there was already a wait, and the two employees working seemed more focused on chatting with other customers than checking people in efficiently. I understand being friendly, but it felt like the conversation took priority over moving the line along.

After I finished the first part of my service, I was sent to spray tan and completed that portion. When I came out, my friend was still waiting, even though she had been checked in before me initially. I asked if...read full review

I have used this place for several years now, however, lately when I go and get a spray tan, it is not lasting, and does not come in full color. I am unsure if they are using a new solution or if the newer staff is not keeping them full. I just know that my tans have changed significantly in the past couple months. And I do not have this issue if I go to a different salon. Additionally, this salon is used a lot during lunch time, it would be great if the staff kept the beds clean so as we do not have to wait so much, which is what I do see happen often.
