I was lucky enough to talk with both Neil and Jim today. I am blown away by the knowledge shared between these two. They helped us pick out the perfect guitar, gave us a lot of useful tips on how to treat it and keep it sounding great. I have never seen such care in keeping their pieces in top shape. I have never seen such an attention to detail in any other shop. These men are incredibly passionate and it shows. This is the first day ive ever step foot in this shop and I am certain I will never shop anywhere else
