I had a great experience here! All of the staff was very friendly to both me and my dog, Albee. The vet, I did not catch her name, was very thorough and even informed me that the medication my dog needed was on the more expensive side so that I wasn't blindsided and could make my decision beforehand. When I left, I felt all of my questions were answered, and my concerns were heard. 10/10 would recommend.
We are getting ready to travel with our pets and needed to get USDA certification for them. This vet knew everything about the procedure, knew it was a short timeframe and kept on them to get it sent out, and absolutely went above and beyond to make sure our cats are able to fly with us with no issues. My favorite veterinary practice. Extremely knowledgeable and experienced as well as patient with difficult pets and their anxious owners who have 30 questions every visit. Great follow up on pets with bigger/terminal issues. Can't say enough wonderful things about SMAC!
