The dentist office has always been an irrational fear of mine, and I haven’t been to the dentist is 10+ years so I was extremely anxious booking this appointment and I almost cancelled like 5 times. I am SO glad I didn’t cancel!! Everyone in the office is so kind and great, but Kyler is a miracle worker! She made me so comfortable and walked through everything she was doing which really helped calm my nerves. She listened to any of my worries or concerns and I am so thankful for her making it a great experience!! Dr. Shipley was wonderful as well. Highly recommend!!!!
I am so absolutely amazed by Dr. Shipley and his staff. I have really high anxiety about going to dentist's. Over my past years I've had some really bad experiences with some dentists . When I came across Dr. Shipley's office, and called them to see if they would see me as a new patient they were glad to see me. They got me in to see them the very next day. I was so grateful for that. They were very pleasant on the phone. My first time walking into his office I was amazed how at home, warm, and comfortable the atmosphere is. His office is very clean, and I love the music. It really is calming. His staff is so pleasant and caring. No one ever judges you. They're very understanding. They take the time to talk with you, explain the procedure, and are never in a rush. They answer all your questions. I highly recommend Dr. Shipley & Tewell and staff. They are amazing!! I wish I had came across them years ago 😁
I highly recommend Dr. Shipley & his team. They always take great care of me. They are professional, caring, and friendly. Theresa is a terrific hygienist & always makes me feel comfortable (and nothing while she works lol).
