My experience at Sanctuary Massage and Spa was incredible. I've gone to 'chain' massage places before, but wanted to try something more local to see if there was a difference. I'll never go back to a 'chain' massage place again. Loved the relax environment that was created as soon as you walked into the door. Jordan was my assigned specialist and they were amazing. Did a brief intake and made sure to focus more on the areas that were trouble spots for me. Jordan explained what they were going to before starting the massage and I was so relaxed and enjoyed getting pressure points released that I actually dozed off for a bit. I saw Karen Smith for a massage and a cleansing facial massage. She was fantastic - asked for feedback throughout about the amount of pressure, etc. and made me feel comfortable expressing what I was needing that day. She also identified something she was seeing that was related to an area of pain/concern for me, and based on her observation, I am now able to address the root cause of some of the pain I was experiencing.The overall atmosphere here was great & staff was super friendly. I'll definitely be back!

I’ve been a faithful client at Sanctuary Massage since the Bardstown Road days and I would gladly follow these fierce women to any location. I started getting massages with Sarah and found them to be invigorating. Fantastic and hilarious conversation. Deep pressure. I consistently left the room ready to take on the world which has become a non-negotiable for me now. I begrudgingly scheduled with Olivia as Sarah began personal leave, but my concerns were quickly abandoned. Olivia is amazing too. She has stellar intuition and seems to understand what experience and interaction I could benefit from each visit, often without me being aware myself. Beyond that, she is brilliant...read full review
