The bad reviews are true and appears there’s been no improvement the past few years to make shipping more smooth. We ordered furniture December 1st, exactly one month ago. We paid extra shipping fees to have it expedited and it was supposed to be delivered no later than December 27th. So far it’s 5 days late (on top of it already getting picked up late). Every day we call and are told “it’ll ship tonight”. Guess what?? Still don’t have it, still getting the same excuses.

Not a legitimate company. They were running two days late picking up my car so I tried to cancel per their contracted cancellation policy and they refused to cancel. I disputed the transaction in an effort to stop them from picking it up. They picked it up anyway, essentially stealing it, before I could get a hold of the person who was releasing it to them. They then demanded cash to give it back to me. They are basically common thieves.

Same experience as others, late service, little or no contact from the company to arrange deliveries. No communication within their own company to relay critical customer information and blaming others for their own faults.
