My computer was hacked on a Thursday afternoon. I called Repair It and was told to turn it off and bring it in immediately. I got my computer back on Monday. The charge was very reasonable and I would definitely recommend them and return if I ever need assistance again.

Was told that they would potentially have to wipe my computer and it could take up to 17 days for the process to complete.
