Terrible leadership, Human Resources team is untrained and lacks experience, and employees are micromanaged like crazy. No wonder this company has problems retaining employees! No compete contracts are required in order to work here. Currently after a messy separation several people are constantly checking my social media and linked in profile. Wish I would not have gave 12 years to this company just to be let go over FMLA protected issues

This place will chew you up and spit you out! By far one of the worst management teams I have ever experienced . This entire company is micromanaged so much that you don't even feel like an employee, you feel like just a number. Rainbow Design will also ask you to sign a noncompete agreement. The human resources department is so under trained and not qualified to work in Human Resources. Also the Director of human resources is the owners wife and takes everything personally (so good luck go there for help). They will try to entice people by offering a nice starting salary and praising other training program, however the training program does not prepare people to hit...read full review

I have a friend who works here and Rainbow has had case after case of Covid19 infections. They have the ability to work from home, but choose to put families at risk by making their employees share working space, computers, etc.
