They get the job completed very timely and take great care not to damage anything . They are very honest . They all go above and beyond to help . We will never use anyone else . They replaced our furnace and did a great job .
I'm a bit late with this recommedation, but I want to give Prudential a shout out for their professional service. We had a new furnace installed by Prudential in January. First, we got a very reasonable price on a top of the line Lennox system. Second, the technicians arrived per our agreed upon time of 7 am and were finished by 2 pm. They were careful not to scratch our hardwood floors when removing the old furnace and bringing in the new one. When they were finished, they cleaned everything everything up, and you couldn't even tell they had been there. We have been using them for HVAC services since we purchased our home in 2002. I highly recommend Prudential!
I’ve then out twice to fix my A/C this summer. They are very professional, knowledgeable and honest. They are a repair first kind of company! I won’t call anyone else!
