don’t do a lot of reviews on social media but need to give a kudos and shout out to John O’Callaghan and The entire Premier Caregiver Services Team. Before I got involved helping my family take care of my uncle we first tried another Franchise Agency that was not very successful. My uncle did not want a stranger in his house nor think he needed the help, and believe me he did. The quality of Caregivers, service level and attention my uncle and family received from Premier Caregiver Service was a wholly different experience. John and his Operations Manager, Loretta Moreno, took time to meet with my family, get to know my uncle, his personality, specific needs, likes and dislikes and then personally introduced each caregiver who came to help, which made it a very comfortable experience. The communication, professionalism, experience level and compassion each caregiver brought was terrific. The caregivers that took care of my uncle are amazing human beings and we are so grateful. I had a bad fall break into arms. Three surgeries later and three plates I was out of the hospital I needed assistance. This company did a great job caring for my needs. I would highly recommend them
