The Pods concept worked very well us. My Mom had passed and we needed to get all of her belongings out of her house. The order was placed on line. They dropped the container off @ her house. When they said they would didn't need to be their and I wasn't. We went and loaded it up. I placed an order for them to pick up and bring to my house and drop it. I stated it would prob set for 3 months. It was longer, they never bothered me about how long I had it. We finally got it emptied, I placed an order for them to pick it up. Great service, cost less than any other way to move cross the US. Clear in communicating, punctual upon timely delivery and pick-up, skilled and professional drivers and felt better packing my own POD on my time schedule
